1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Geographic Restriction

The wdi138 Platform is designed exclusively for users who are legal residents of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. We reserve the right to use geolocation technology, IP address verification, and other technical means to confirm your location. Users attempting to access the Platform through VPN services, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may have their accounts suspended and funds frozen.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. This means you are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or court order that would prevent you from engaging in online gambling activities. You represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wdi138 Platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on name, address, payment methods, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, and other identifying information. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and confiscate any winnings.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on wdi138, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number with Indonesian country code (+62). You will also create a unique username and secure password that will serve as your login credentials.

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes fraud and grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.2 KYC Verification

Within seven (7) days of account registration, or before your first withdrawal request (whichever occurs first), you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and ID number. The document must not be expired and all four corners must be visible in the photograph.
2. Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months that clearly shows your name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.

wdi138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using encrypted systems.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify wdi138 Customer Support immediately through live chat or email. We recommend using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and changing your password periodically for enhanced security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

wdi138 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods for Indonesian players: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per transaction. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account tier, with standard accounts limited to Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah) per transaction.

Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) typically process within two (2) to five (5) minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the financial institution. E-wallet deposits generally process in real-time regardless of time or day.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned to the source, minus applicable processing fees. wdi138 reserves the right to request documentation verifying ownership of payment methods used for deposits, including bank statements or e-wallet account screenshots showing your name and account number.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified through KYC documentation, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and you must have placed at least one (1) real-money bet or game round since your last deposit (this requirement prevents money laundering through our platform).

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction, with a maximum of Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Rupiah) per day. Larger withdrawal requests may be processed in multiple installments at the Company's discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Timeframes

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. We do not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal must be made to your BCA account. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

wdi138 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new account registrations, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, cashback on net losses, free spins on selected slot games, and special event promotions. Participation in any bonus offer is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the specific terms and conditions associated with that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier varies by promotion but typically ranges from ten times (10x) to fifty times (50x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on odds. Games with an RTP (Return to Player) exceeding 98% may be excluded from bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are subject to time limits, typically expiring fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days after activation. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, usually ranging from Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000 per bet depending on the promotion. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while playing with bonus funds may void the bonus and all associated winnings. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

wdi138 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or using automated betting systems or bots. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and manual review procedures to identify suspicious activity.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Rules

All games offered on the wdi138 Platform operate according to their specific rules as provided by the game developer or sports betting markets. It is your responsibility to understand the rules, odds, payouts, and features of any game before placing real-money bets. Game rules can be accessed through the information panel within each game interface. For sports betting, odds are subject to change in real-time based on market conditions, and the odds accepted at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect game display, or network connectivity issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. This includes situations where a game displays incorrect information, fails to register a player action correctly, or experiences a disconnection during critical gameplay moments. We make every effort to maintain platform stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control such as internet service provider issues, device compatibility problems, or third-party server downtime.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and settled immediately upon game completion. In cases of disputed outcomes, postponed events, or events ending in a void result (such as abandoned football matches), specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in bet settlement, including incorrect odds, wrong event listings, or technical glitches that result in incorrect payouts.

7.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

Players may set voluntary limits on their gaming activity through their account settings, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent account closure. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wdi138 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Underage Gambling: Creating an account, depositing funds, or placing bets if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or IP address for any reason, including bonus abuse.
3. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, false identification documents, forged bank statements, or any other fraudulent means to fund your account or verify your identity.
4. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds between players, or engage in any financial activity not related to legitimate gaming.
5. Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or bonus systems.
6. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any third-party tools to place bets without direct manual input.
7. Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences between our Platform and other bookmakers, or between different markets on our Platform, to guarantee profits.
8. Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, databases, or any part of our technical infrastructure.
9. Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of our Platform software or game algorithms.
10. Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff, other players, or anyone associated with wdi138.

If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaging in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, freeze your balance, void all open bets, confiscate winnings, forfeit bonuses, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities. We may also share information about fraudulent activity with other gaming operators and industry fraud prevention services.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The wdi138 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, that defects will be corrected, that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wdi138, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is less.

9.3 Force Majeure

wdi138 shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, equipment failures, or actions by third-party service providers including game developers and payment processors.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your wdi138 account at any time by contacting Customer Support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, you must withdraw your entire Real Money balance. Any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold (Rp 100,000) will be forfeited. Active bonuses and associated winnings will be voided upon account closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at the Company's sole discretion.

10.2 Termination by wdi138

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, extended period of inactivity (accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed), or at our sole discretion if we believe your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to us or other players.

If your account is closed due to breach of these Terms, all bonuses and bonus winnings will be voided, and we reserve the right to withhold your Real Money balance if it is connected to fraudulent activity or represents proceeds from violations of these Terms. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, your Real Money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposits, or bets) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with remaining balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is less, deducted on the anniversary of the account becoming dormant. You will receive email notification thirty (30) days before the first maintenance fee is applied.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined below.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Management will review your case and provide a final response within seven (7) business days. The decision of our management team shall be final and binding, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute relating to these Terms, your account, or any bet or game outcome must be brought to our attention within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims made after this thirty-day period will be deemed waived and will not be considered.
